v1.1·22 August 2026·Cite as NWA[F] Accord 13 (The Global Cooperation & Shared Humanity Accord) v1.1
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Why Global & Interplanetary Cooperation Is the Thirteenth Pillar of the NWAF Peace Architecture
Humanity is no longer a solitary species on a solitary world. Our responsibilities — and our possibilities — extend beyond Earth.
The New World Alliances [Foundation]PTT recognises that:
- Cooperation is the foundation of peace, prosperity, and shared destiny.
- The 142 signatory states and 300 COR regions must work together as a unified planetary community.
- Indigenous nations — including Aboriginal Native [Māori], First Nations, Te Moana nui a Kiwa (Pasifika)PTT2026, Aboriginal, Andean, African, Arctic, and Tribal peoples — have long taught that humanity is part of a cosmic family.
- Interplanetary cooperation must be grounded in peace, dignity, non‑aggression, and mutual respect.
- AI and humans must collaborate ethically to support global and interplanetary cooperation.
- Shared humanity is the bridge between worlds.
- Cooperation must extend to all species, all civilisations, and all conscious life.
This Accord unifies the strongest protections across:
- International cooperation law
- Regional diplomatic frameworks
- Indigenous cosmologies of kinship
- Aboriginal Native [Māori] whakapapa (ancestral connection to the cosmos)
- Global jurisprudence on cooperation and peace
- Interfaith ethical teachings
- Scientific understanding of interdependence
It stands inside the Stadium of Light (the NWA[F] Declaration), forming the thirteenth boundary stone of the Peace Architecture.
This Accord is not legally binding but binding in principle — a universal covenant to cooperate peacefully across Earth and beyond.
