The Planetary Security & Non-Weaponisation Accord

The Planetary Security & Non-Weaponisation Accord

v1.0·22 August 2026·Cite as NWA[F] Accord 19 (The Planetary Security & Non-Weaponisation Accord) v1.0

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Why Non‑Weaponisation Is the Nineteenth Pillar of the NWAF Peace Architecture

War is a failure of imagination. Peace is the foundation of evolution.

The New World Alliances [Foundation]PTT recognises that:

  • Humanity cannot evolve while trapped in cycles of conflict.
  • War slows progress, destroys potential, and fractures civilisation.
  • The cessation of war is essential for planetary unity and interplanetary exploration.
  • Space must never become a theatre of conflict.
  • Off‑planet technologies must be peaceful, cooperative, and transparent.
  • Planetary security must be based on non‑violence, collaboration, and shared protection.
  • Indigenous teachings emphasise harmony, balance, and non‑aggression.
  • AI and humans must collaborate to prevent conflict and maintain peace.
  • The galaxy is a realm for exploration, not domination.

This Accord unifies:

  • International peace law
  • Space governance
  • Indigenous non‑aggression teachings
  • Interplanetary ethics
  • Planetary security frameworks
  • AI‑assisted peacekeeping

It stands inside the Stadium of Light, forming the nineteenth boundary stone of the Peace Architecture.

This Accord is not legally binding but binding in principle — a universal covenant to end war and protect the cosmos.
