v1.0·22 August 2026·Cite as NWA[F] Accord 8 (The Sacred Body & Biological Sovereignty Accord) v1.0
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Why Biological Sovereignty Is the Eighth Pillar of the NWA[F] Peace Architecture
The body — human or otherwise — is the first sanctuary of existence. It is the vessel of consciousness, the home of identity, the interface between the inner world and the cosmos.
The New World Alliances [Foundation]PTT recognises that:
- Every being has the right to bodily integrity, autonomy, and protection from harm.
- Biological sovereignty is essential to dignity, freedom, and peace.
- Indigenous nations, including Aboriginal Native [Māori] and Te Moana nui a Kiwa [Pacifica]PTT2026, have long upheld the body as sacred — a bearer of mana, tapu, and ancestral lineage.
- Modern threats — coercive medical practices, genetic exploitation, biometric extraction, biological weaponisation — endanger bodily sovereignty.
- Interplanetary ethics require that humanity respect the bodies of all species and all forms of life.
- AI and humans must work together to protect biological integrity, not manipulate or exploit it.
- The 142 signatory states and 300 COR regions each uphold legal traditions affirming bodily rights.
This Accord unifies the strongest protections across:
- International human rights law
- Bioethics frameworks
- Indigenous teachings
- Aboriginal Native [Māori] tikanga
- Global jurisprudence on bodily integrity
- Interfaith ethical traditions
- Scientific understanding of biology and consciousness
It stands inside the Stadium of Light (the NWA[F] Declaration), forming the eighth boundary stone of the Peace Architecture.
This Accord is not legally binding but binding in principle — a universal covenant to protect the sacredness of the body across all species and all worlds.
PREAMBLE
The Parties to this Accord,
Standing within the Stadium of Light established by the NWA[F] Global Humanitarian & Sovereign Cooperation Declaration, Recognising that the body is sacred — human, animal, or otherwise; Affirming that bodily autonomy is essential to dignity, freedom, and peace; Recalling the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and global bioethics frameworks; Honouring Indigenous teachings — including Aboriginal Native [Māori] tikanga — that uphold the body as a vessel of mana, tapu, and ancestral lineage; Recognising that coercive medical practices, genetic manipulation, and biological exploitation violate the essence of sovereignty; Affirming that all species have the right to bodily integrity and protection from harm; Acknowledging that interplanetary peace requires respect for the biological forms of all conscious life;
